RETURN POLICY PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER

For any questions about your Stylish Fashion Shop purchase, please send us an e-mail to: shopfashion.stylish@gmail.com. Our customer service team will reply within 48 hours, this time may be extended during holidays or after the launch of new products due to the high volume of  messages we can receive. Messages will be answered in the order in which they are received. 

How can I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Stylish Fashion Shop does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds; once an order has been shipped. In case of receiving an item with any factory damages, send us an e-mail to shopfashion.stylish@gmail.com accompanied with a photograph and description of the factory damage. You have two business days following the reception of your products to report to us. We will be glad to provide you an excellent customer service and attention.
